Angely Guerrero and my story
Three years ago, I used to eat foods that were unhealthy and did not make me feel good. I was overweight and low on energy. So I decided to change my habits, I gave up junk food and sugar. some time later I started doing crossfit. At first it was difficult but I managed to get used to it and I was able to lose 5 kilos. Now I lead a healthy and happy life.
